Received incorrect item and the seller made it right without question. Item is very high quality as is the writing on the bracelet. My only complaint is how big it is. I have another one as a gift and it is much thinner and daintier which I prefer.

The areas that are engraved are rough to touch. Not comfortable to wear around the wrist.
