I ordered two keychains from Rose on 1/9 and received them by the end of the week on 1/13/23. Rose was extremely helpful! She responded to all my questions quickly. I am so pleased with the service and quality of the product. The keychains came wrapped in mini plastic bags which were inside a cute red bag!
